Behind the wheel and above the law. Our full video review.

ign

Driver 3, or DRIV3R as Atari and Reflections like to call it, is the third game in the touted Driver series. Players are back in control of Tanner with many of the same tricks as were available in Driver 2 along with a new set of vehicles, places to explore and more.

How does the game stack up to its predecessors, though? Has Driver 3 made not only the visual leap to this generation's systems but an appropriate gameplay increase, or at least evolution, as well?

IGN Xbox's Editor-in-Chief Douglass C. Perry has put in many hours behind the wheel of multiple vehicles and somehow managed to stay alive long enough to tell his story. Those who ride with Captain Insano to lunch now and again know that he drives like a lunatic in real life, so see how doing the same in Driver 3 faired for him.
