Unlockable: Miracles

To summon Miracles hit DON, DON DON, DON DON. Here are the Miracles you can unlock:

  • Attack Miracle - Defeat Invincible Dragon Majidonga lvl 3
  • Blizzard Miracle - Complete Watchtower and two Karmen Missions
  • Defense Miracle - Defeat Fearful Tentacle Monster Darachura lvl 3
  • Earthquake Miracle - Defeat Living Fortress Cannodears lvl 3
  • Rain Miracle - Complete Mushroom shroom shroom Nyokiri Swamp Mission / Second Time
  • Storm Miracle - Defeat God General of Staff Hookmen
  • Tailwind Miracle - Complete Mystery of the Desert's Sandstorm Mission / Second Time

Hint: Key Items

The following items cab be found by performing the actions below:

  • Mudstained Map - kill the Zubatto on Mt. Gonrock
  • Soft Lithograph - kill the Zugagang lvl 3
  • Unopenable Box - kill Pekkora at Bryun Snowfields
  • Sealed Scroll - kill some Yumimens at Sokshi Gate
  • Square Wheel - After fighting the Staff General "Hukmen", destory the small hut at the end
  • Mater Sprout - kill the Dodonga lvl 1

Hint: Boss Item Bonanza

Evolve a Patapon to its plant form and level it up to 10. It's stagger ability should be maxed. Bosses drop items when staggered, so have him out in any boss battle.

Hint: Easy Demon Bones

Play Mission 7 (Angry Monster Bird Motititi) and beat it up to level 5. Upgrade your Patapons to Menyokki and equip them with weapons that can put the monster to sleep. Also, make sure they are weapons that deal poor damage so as to not defeat the monster quickly -- the longer the creature survives, the more bones you will receive. At level 15 the creature also drops rare weapons every two or three battles.

Hint: Never Lose Ka-Ching

This is a really basic tip, but it will save you some headaches: save before you do a mission or minigame and if you mess up, go back to the title screen and load your save.

Unlockable: Minigames

Unlock the following minigames by performing the actions below:

  • Tree Minigame - Complete "Training: Juju Jungle Course"
  • Mountain Minigame - Complete the "Training - Nanjaro Hill Course" once. (wait patiently for the cannons to stop talking, then do 3 defense songs followed by 3 attack songs repeatedly)
  • Plant Minigame - Dropped by Level 3+ Centura boss. (Mission 9-2)
  • Bell Minigame - (Mission 14)
  • Liquid Minigame - Dropped by Level 3+ Manboth (Mission 18-2)
  • Blacksmith Minigame - Dropped by Level 3+ Manboroth (Mission 20-2)
  • Cooking Minigame - Dropped by Level 3+ Phoeniti (Mission 24-2)

Unlockable: Save File Bonus Item

Note: You'll need an (original) Patapon save file and some stuff in your inventory before attempting this. Go to Tochira beach (the first level) when it is raining and you should see some crabs and a treasure chest. Break the chest and you will get a random armor piece or weapon from your Patapon inventory.

Unlockable: Lordly Hairpiece

Beat the Patapon 2 Demo to unlock this unique item in Patapon 2. You'll have to load up the save in Patapon 2 to use it. It provides full status protection for its wearer.
