More Vice City

The news headlines on the official Grand Theft Auto: Vice City website, updated February 14th, doesn't indicate any of the newness the site now offers.

According to Rockstar, Vice PC will be "built from the ground up for the PC, and stuffed with new features like player skinning, customizable radio station, gameplay sequence replay, and more. Now, that's excess." We're going to have to wait for final review copies to come in-house (in the middle of E3, of all dates), but in the interim, we can all at least enjoy some new media and information courtesy of the official website.

See, today marks the unveiling of the designated PC section, which prominently features a much lovelier spokes model than its console predecessor. This new PC site includes links to other PC sites, a few screenshots (some familiar, some not), and some rather odd system requirements that mention service packs for certain operating systems, additional hard drive space if your video card does not support DXTC, and even varying processor speeds depending on model. But, here's the basic machine you'll need to play Vice:

Win 98/2000/Me/XP

800MHz Processor

128MB RAM

915MB HDD Space

32MB Video Card
