Age of Mythology: The Titans [PC]

The Big Three of the RTS world are really working overtime this year. With fantastic expansions, companies like Blizzard, EA and Ensemble have given strategy gamers a new chance to revisit the fun and excitement of their core franchises. The last of the three to hit store shelves, Age of Mythology: The Titans was clearly worth the wait. Offering plenty in the way of new units and powers, the expansion also offers a few interface improvements, all while preserving and strengthening the appeal of the basic game.

Given the thunder-bolt-wielding immensity of the core game, you'd suspect that Ensemble would have a hard time topping themselves. But you'd be wrong. The Titans of the title make their awesome appearance in this game, giving players a taste of destruction and terror as only the ancient chthonic gods can...well, them and perhaps the California Board of Elections.
