Splinter Cell Conviction Getting Collector's Edition

A collector's edition for Ubisoft's upcoming stealth-action game Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Conviction has been spotted on Australian retailer JB Hifi's online website.

The collection contains a whole bunch of noteworthy items, including a Sam Fisher figurine, exclusive in-game content, a comic book unveiling the link between Double Agent and Conviction, and a download code for Chaos Theory from Xbox Live Arcade.

The edition is currently priced at $119.00 Australian bucks, which comes to about $103 U.S.

A Ubisoft representative told IGN: "We have not announced a North American special edition yet."

Splinter Cell: Conviction is expected to ship on February 23, 2010 in North America.
