BlizzCon '09: Monk Announced for Diablo III

A new class was announced for Diablo III at this year's BlizzCon. After a brief introduction by Chris Metzen, VP of Creative Development at Blizzard, a video dropped that introduced the world to the Monk. The Monk is visually akin to a Buddhist monk from kung fu movies, and featured a staff as his primary weapon in the trailer.

We will update with more Diablo III Monk news as more information, screens and trailers regarding this new class are made available.
