Conquest Mode Nears Release

Electronic Arts and DICE today announced that Conquest Mode, an online capture the flag game type introduced in Battlefield 1942, will be available as a free download in Battlefield: Bad Company on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on August 7.

Xbox 360 owners can expect Conquest Mode to appear on the Xbox Live Marketplace after an automatic game update is released to the masses. Download the update, access XBLM and then download Conquest mode. PS3 owners need only download the patch and the mode will be automatically unlocked.
