Left 4 Dead 4 November

Valve's cooperative action game gets a release date.

Valve has announced that Left 4 Dead, its highly-anticipated zombie shooter, will ship on November 4 for the PC and Xbox 360. While the multiplayer cooperative first-person shooter was on schedule for a November release period, Valve's Doug Lombardi confirmed the November 4 date with IGN.

Before being acquired by Valve in January 2008, Turtle Rock worked on Counter-Strike: Condition Zero. Much like Counter-Strike, Left 4 Dead will force players to work together. You and up to three of your buddies will have to survive a zombie apocalypse as you make your way through the game's various levels.
