Sony has formally announced Phil Harrison's successor, with company veteran Shuhei Yoshida taking the post of president of Sony Computer Entertainment Worldwide Studios.

Yoshida has been with the PlayStation project since its inception, and has earned production credits on the likes of Gran Turismo and Ape Escape.
