UT3 Collector's Edition Announced

Midway announces an exclusive package for the PC.

Midway today announced that it will be releasing a special Collector's Edition version of Unreal Tournament III for the PC. Shipping in a hard-cover tin case, gamers will find an art book inside that features vehicles, characters, weapons and more. Also, a bonus DVD will be part of the package and will include the following:

  • Unreal Engine 3 Toolkit Video Tutorials -- More than 10 hours of in-depth tutorials about game modifications that can help players break into the game development business.

  • The History of Unreal Tournament -- Take a look at the history of Unreal Tournament, while hearing first-hand interviews with the creators and team behind the legacy.

  • Behind the Scenes of Unreal Tournament III -- Get a deeper look behind the making of the FPS giant and how the dedicated team at Epic Games crafted its return.


    Midway states that the Collector's Edition will be available in a limited number at selected retailers starting November 2007. The pack will cost $59.95.
