Smash Court Tennis 3 Goes Gold

Tennis franchise gets set to arrive on Playstation Portable next month.

Leading video games publisher and developer NAMCO BANDAI Games America Inc., announced today that Smash Court Tennis 3 has gone gold and will be distributed to retailers across North America on July 10. Available for the PSP (PlayStation Portable) system, Smash Court Tennis 3 invites jet-setting tennis pros and amateurs alike to turn their handheld system into a portable world tennis tour against the likes of Roger Federer and Maria Sharapova. Smash Court Tennis 3 has gamers selecting from seven exciting modes including Arcade, Exhibition, and Pro Tour Mode or unique mini-games like Galaga Tennis and Pac-Man Tennis, all the while pitting them against 16 of the world's best tennis players in single and multiplayer matches. Additionally, players can design their own rising star with more than twice as many customizable items and attributes as previous games in the series. Aspiring tennis prot¿g¿s can rally against friends through game sharing, going head-to-head with a single UMD in versus and mini-game modes.
