Command & Conquer has Novel Idea

Today digital publisher Electronic Arts and print publisher Del Ray announced that a novel based on Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars will be released on May 29, 2007, in the U.S. and Canada, with a release in the U.K. and Germany in the following months. Penned by Keith R. A. DeCandido, the novel follows the story of the game and the battle in 2047 over control of the alien substance Tiberium.

DeCandido has previously written books based on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and World of Warcraft. He even managed to finish a novel based on the permanently-on-hold StarCraft: Ghost.

Del Ray will also be publishing the novel Mass Effect: Revelation in May.
