Spider-Man 3 Exclusive Content Web-bound

Retailer lifts the lid on console specific features.

EB Games has swung into action, coming to the rescue of anyone wondering what Spider-Man 3's console exclusive features might be.

Although the information should probably be marked with the "rumour" stamp for the time being, EB Games has potentially exposed content we can expect to see on the Nintendo DS, Wii, PS3 and PSP versions, courtesy of the company's website.

Firstly the Wii game delivers "the sensation of swinging through the city via the Wii Remote and Wii Nunchuk" and will have "two bonus Marvel villains: Morbius and Shriek". Mobius is a scary vampire and Shriek is a female criminal that can manipulate sound.

On Nintendo DS you get a "revolutionary battle system featuring full NDS touch screen combat. Huge, never-before-seen 3D world and large revolving storyline on the NDS platform." The plot must be something about killer circles then.

For PS3, it's pretty much what you'd expect. "Dazzling visuals, amazingly realistic lighting and shadows, and a gameplay experience that takes full advantage of next-gen platform power and technology." While the PSP has the dubious advantage of being "a fully streaming, complete conversion of the PlayStation 2 system game, not a port". Since when was a conversion not a port?
