Mortal Kombat: Armageddon Descends on Stores

Midway today announced the arrival of Mortal Kombat: Armageddon for PlayStation 2, the latest in the forever-running fighting series.

Armageddon offers an extensive roster of fighters, including every character from the Mortal Kombat universe. In case this isn't enough to choose from, the game includes Create-A-Fighter and Create-A-Fatality modes for custom combat, plus a new Konquest mode.

Mortal Kombat: Armageddon for Xbox will arrive next week, with Mortal Kombat: Unchained shipping for PSP in November.
