Naruto: Fighter Profile Part 3

With the release date of Naruto: Clash of Ninja 2 on the horizon, we figured it'd be a great time to fill you in on the largely extended cast of fighters you'll have the opportunity of using this time around. As a mix of returning battlers and all-knew faces taken from season's two and three of the popular Japanese anime, Clash of Ninja 2 expands on not only the amount of available fighters, but also the available choices of fighting styles. We've already shown you the starting 10 fighters, so it's time for the unlockable ones. Enjoy.

The Secret Characters:

Clash of Ninja 2 assembles the greatest collection of fighters in the world of Naruto, featuring a few of the most well-known heroes, and some of the downright dirtiest villains. In either single, free for all, or team matches, players have the option to go with any number of fighters that suit their personal style, from the balanced attacks of Naruto to the lethal strong style of Rock Lee, there's a fighter for every style out there. Listed below are the first batch of unlockable fighters. A few of the fighters are taken directly from the original Clash of Ninja game, while most are entirely new to the Clash of Ninja franchise.

Iruka:

Full Name: Iruka Umina

Alignment/Study: Chunin teacher

Fighting Style: Balanced/Hand-to-Hand

Weapon: Small Knife

Description: A chunin (journeyman ninja) teacher at the Ninja Academy. He not only has the respect of the village elders, but his pupils as well. Iruka is the only person who understands Naruto, who is disliked and ostracized by everyone in the village. Iruka understands and cares for him because he too is an orphan, losing his parents to the Nine-Tailed Fox Spirit sealed inside Naruto.

Neji:

Full Name: Neji Hyuga

Alignment/Study: Genin, Village Hidden in the Leaves

Fighting Style: Balanced/Power

Weapon: Hand-to-Hand

Description: A genin from the Village Hidden in the Leaves, he is in the same squad as Rock Lee and Tenten. He is Hinata's cousin and a genius, but feels constrained to the branch family of the Hyuga Clan. Neji uses the "Byakugan" Kekkei Genkai: a bloodline trait handed down genetically within the Hyuga Clan. His special techniques are the "8 Trigrams Palms Rotation" and the "8 Trigrams 64 Palms."

Zabuza:

Full Name: Zabuza Momochi

Alignment/Study: Rouge Ninja

Fighting Style: Power/Weapon

Weapon: Giant Sword

Description: A rogue ninja of the Village Hidden in the Mist. Known widely as "The Demon Ninja of the Mist." Formerly of the Hidden Mist Black Ops and an expert at "Silent Killing." At all times he carries a giant blade and a sinister ambition that lies behind his ruthless expression.

Haku:

Full Name: Haku

Alignment/Study: Former Tracker Ninja

Fighting Style: Unorthodox

Weapon: Hand-to-Hand

Description: A former elite Tracker Ninja, he was adopted by Zabuza and taught combat jutsu. Faithful to Zabuza, he will not forgive anyone who endangers him. Behind his mask is a face as beautiful as a young girl and a painfully sad past. He uses the "Crystal Ice Mirror" Kekkei Genkai: a bloodline trait.

Kankuro:

Full Name: Kakuro

Alignment/Study: Genin, Village Hidden in the Sand

Fighting Style: Unorthodox

Weapon: Crow

Description: A genin from the Village Hidden in the Sand, he is in the same squad as Gaara and Temari. Kankuro hates "little guys," particularly punks who think they know everything. His ninja tool of choice is called "Crow," a weaponized puppet.

Guy:

Full Name: Guy

Alignment/Study: Jonin, Village Hidden in the Leaves

Fighting Style: Power/Counter-Attack

Weapon: Hand-to-Hand

Description: The jonin responsible for Lee, Neji and Tenten as well as Kakashi's rival, he has the most fiery temperament in the Village Hidden in the Leaves.
