Naruto: Heroic Moves

Time to get ultimate. Based on a popular television show, Naruto: Ultimate Ninja lets you fight as some of the biggest names in Japanese anime. Granted, that doesn't sound too compelling. And for good reason -- it seems like most popular anime eventually turns into some kind of fighter. But Ultimate Ninja actually promises something different. Instead of offering the typical stage design and fighting system, developers made something new.

The game lets you play as 12 characters from the show, and each looks just like their on-screen counterparts. In fact, the entire game looks like the show. Everything from the animated backgrounds and foliage, to the architecture and special attacks, mirrors the show's aesthetic. It also boasts some pretty cool animation across the board, from the characters all the way to the smallest environmental flourish. But, fortunately, Ultimate Ninja offers more than a just a pretty face.

Heroic Techniques

NarutoSexy Jutsu- Circle, Circle, Circle, Up + Circle (Naruto ends this punch combo by changing into his Female form before he upper-cuts his opponent)

SakuraThe Great Sakura- Circle, Circle, Circle, Left + Circle (After a brief punching combination, Sakura grows to a huge size and stomps her opponent beneath her foot)

SasukeFire Style: Phoenix Flower Jutsu- Circle, Circle, Circle, Up + Circle (Sasuke ends this punching combination with multiple flames that engulf his opponent)

KakashiEarth Style: Fanged Pursuit Jutsu- Circle, Circle, Circle, Left + Circle (Kakashi summons one of his Ninja dogs to hold his opponent while he attacks with a combo)
