JAWS Ships Out

Majesco has confirmed today that the oft-delayed shark actioner, JAWS Unleashed has finally shipped to retailers nationwide just in time for the Memorial Day weekend.

Developed by the Ecco the Dolphin guys at Appaloosa and available for the PlayStation 2, Xbox, and Windows PC, JAWS Unleashed featured more than 10 destructible environments, a 25-point character dismembering system, and the option to follow story-based or free-roaming missions. Plot-oriented gamers may also be pleased to learn that JAWS even includes a storyline that follows the famous great white as it sets out to destroy a revenge-minded corporate industrialist and avoid capture for scientific study.
