Andy A responds: We have added much more voiceover to the product this year. As I alluded to before, much of the voiceover is new lines written exclusively for WWE Superstars appearing in the storylines, but another significant chunk is all the voiceover we added for the PC voices. Unlike previous versions of the series, the PCs themselves will be supported by full voiceover. No matter whom players choose, be it Kurt Angle, Rey Mysterio, Hulk Hogan or even a Create-a-Wrestler, characters will speak in their own voices and mannerisms.

Andy A responds (in his best #1 SmackDown announcer Funaki impersonation): INDEEEED!
Andy A responds: That's a great question. When we sit down to create storylines each year, our philosophy is to create original content, not recreate storylines that have been done before in WWE programming. We don't want users to feel like they've "been there, done that" when they play WWE SmackDown vs. RAW 2006. However, to Opec.'s point, there are a lot of classic old storylines that haven't been seen for quite a while, and with all of the DVDs and 24/7 services now available, these angles are getting new exposure. Players can't go wrong with a classic, and as Opec. suggests, we'd always want to put a new twist on an older, tried and true theme in order to keep it fresh. If we hear enough from users like Opec who crave some old classic themes in the WWE SmackDown vs. RAW storylines, I think we'd have to consider that ;)
Andy A responds: First off, Barry, let me just say I'm a big fan of what you do on the field, and I hope you come back healthy enough to put in a couple more solid years. Who knew you were such a diehard ECW fan ;)
