25 to Life Gets Sentenced

Breaking free in 2006.

Eidos Inc., one of the leading developers and publishers of entertainment software, today announced that after business review it has scheduled the release of its third person urban action game 25 to Life for 2006. The product will be available for the PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system, Xbox® video game system from Microsoft and PC.

"Following the recent management change and restructure, Eidos is able to reevaluate its calendar of releases giving us the opportunity to make changes in the best interest of the business," stated Bill Gardner, CEO of US Publishing. "It is in light of this review that we have decided to move the ship date for 25 to Life from October 2005 into next year."

25 To Life is an ESRB-rated Mature (M) entertainment title created for adults that gives the player the ability to experience the lifestyle of law enforcement officers and a criminal attempting to end his life of crime. Set in a realistic urban environment, 25 to Life features a strong infusion of street lifestyle elements including fashion and music. 25 to Life features both a deep single player mode as well as full eight vs. eight online gameplay.
