The Prince in Japan

Ubisoft to bring Prince of Persia to multiple systems in Japan.

The original Prince of Persia was scooped up by Sony Computer Entertainment for Japanese release, meaning PS2 owners got to experience one of 2003's best titles while owners of other systems were left out. Not so for the sequel. Ubisoft has announced that it will bring Prince of Persia: Warrior Within to the Japanese market on both Xbox and PlayStation 2. The game will now have the Japanese name of Prince of Persia: Kenshi no Kokoro ("Heart of the Warrior") and will arrive to both systems in September.

Of course, America already got the Prince's second 3D outing in time for last year's holiday season, so this bit of news is for the Japan-based IGN readers only (who probably already saw it in last week's Famitsu).
