Nintendo has been increasing Mario's presence in athletics lately. With the recent release of Mario Power Tennis and Mario's cameo in NBA Street V3, it seems as though the portly plumber has been getting quite the workout.

Well, one of Mario's upcoming sports titles, previously known as Mario Baseball, is now officially Mario Superstar baseball. The game promises to combine intuitive pitching and batting controls, as well as deliver a pain-free fielding experience.
