The Sims 2 Gets Hot and Bothered

Making a decent (or decadent) home and even heading off to college are well and good, but surely there's more to a Sim's life than domestic purchases and mortar boards. If that's what you're thinking, your thinking is good: Electronic Arts today announced The Sims 2 Nightlife, the second in what will certainly be a long line of expansions for the hit sequel.

In Nightlife, your Sims can finally head to town for dancing, dining, and hot romance. The expansion adds a "pleasure seeking" aspiration, fulfilled with proper partying, eating out, and suave dating. New objects include a DJ booth, a poker table, and other necessities for building a happening night spot.

The first Sims 2 expansion, The Sims 2 University, began enrolling Sims in college last month.

EA has Nightlife scheduled to hit stores this fall. Of course, we'll be here with more on the title as soon as we get new information, so keep your eyes open wide.
