Battlefront 2?

If it makes money, there should be a sequel. If it makes lots of money and it's associated with Star Wars, then there will definitely be a sequel. If a new listing on ebgames.com is correct, then we'll be seeing Star Wars Battlefront 2 later this year on the PS2 and Xbox. The current release date is set for Nov. 11 and there is no listing for a PC title, but if the other two versions exist, then a PC title would likely be happening as well..

The original Star Wars Battlefront came out on September 20 last year and featured the ability to fight through all of the classic battle scenes from both of the Star Wars trilogies. Levels could be won either by achieving some pre-set goals or by wearing down the opposing army. In the fight itself, advantages were gained by taking control of nodes in the map so that players had more options for places to respawn. All versions featured online capabilities.
