Tekken 5 Heading to the U.S. Next Week

Despite the fact that multiple Tekken-based websites and retailers (and IGN as well) have been listing February 25 as the release date for the upcoming PS2 version of Tekken 5, Namco had yet to make an official announcement regarding this -- that is, until now. In a short but to the point mailer this morning, Namco finally confirmed that Tekken 5 will indeed be shipping to North American retailers next Friday, February 25.

To sweeten the pot for us, we received the final gold version of the game ourselves just a few minutes ago. Which means we'll have plenty of time to give it a thorough run-through before our review late next week.
