Mario Party 6 Ships

Nintendo announced that it has released Mario Party 6, the latest chapter in the long-running multiplayer franchise. As fans of the series know, Mario Party 6 introduces new twist by including a new microphone peripheral to use during some of the mini-games, of which there are 80. The games also includes six new boards and a new daytime/ nighttime dichotomy, making each board look and behave differently depending on the time of day in the game.

"Whether you're a night owl or an early bird, this is the game for you," says George Harrison, Nintendo of America's senior vice president of marketing and corporate communications. "With the holidays fast approaching, Mario Party 6 has family-friendly action, making it the perfect game for holiday entertaining, appealing to every party animal in the family."
