Armored Core: Clean Front

Being part of the PSP launch doesn't just mean being the first to play PlayStation Portable games. Sure, that part's cool -- as is lording over your friends and family as one of the only people in the Western world to own play Sony's new game system. Sure, that's all pretty good, but the big thing for many launch vets is the freebies that companies offer for their launch games.

Publisher FromSoftware has one of these cool tchotchkes to go along with its PSP launch title, Armored Core: Formula Front. Import fans who don't know Japanese may still be wary of the Japanese version (this isn't the action version of the series -- it's an all-strategy AI Training spin-off where you configure your Raven and then watch it battle as you have commanded it ... not easy to handle with all-Japanese text), but if they do buy the import, they may be one of the lucky few to receive an Armored Core screen cleaner. This dust brush is handy for wiping off fingerprint smudges from that gigantic 16x9 screen, and also features some choice art on its handle side.

Supplies on this item are described as being quite limited, so if you're a fan of the series and need to have this collectible, get in line for Formula Front before it releases in Japan on 12/12/2004.
