Wario Ware Sequel in the Works

We already know that Nintendo's preparing a Nintendo DS version of its quirky-yet-awesome Wario Ware game, but Japanese publication Famitsu Weekly has leaked details that a GBA sequel will ship by the end of this year in Japan.

The GBA game, Mawaru Made in Wario, is scheduled for a Japanese release this October 16th. Mawaru refers to rotation, turning, or revolving in the Japanese language, which may have some basis for the direction designers have taken with the sequel. "Made in Wario" is, of course, the name of the Wario Ware series in Japan.

Nintendo is expected to reveal this game at the Japanese retailer's summit on August 1st.
