King Kong Game Coming?

An article in Friday's New York Times on the role of film directors in the creation of video games makes interesting mention of Peter Jackson's involvement with an upcoming King Kong game. The title is reportedly under development by Ubisoft and intended to tie in with Jackson's upcoming film.

The Times article reports that Jackson will not only have a direct financial stake in the game, but will be given "substantial creative control" during its development.

We contacted Ubisoft to see if there are any more details on the title, but apart from a confirmation of its development, the company has no more information at this time. Of course, we'll update you as soon as we get any further details.
