EA's Catwoman

Everyone's in love with Halle Berry.

There's a big movie on its way with great potential for a videogame. Who you gonna call? That's right, Electronic Arts. European site Computer and Videogames is reporting a rumor that Electronic Arts has gained the rights to produce a game based on the upcoming Catwoman movie. Argonaut, the developer behind the original StarFox, Malice and the PSOne Harry Potter games, is said to be the developer.

The movie, which stars Halle Berry as the black leather-clad, unrequited love of Batman, is set to release this July. If the news is true, we assume the game will have a relatively timely release to coincide with the movie. Also, if the Lord of the Rings games are any indication, expect some super-glossy production values, and for the game to be available for all major platforms.

We attempted to contact EA and Warner Brothers for an official comment but did not receive one in time for publish.

We'll have more on Catwoman as it's available.
