Acclaim snags KOFEX2

Acclaim quietly announced on its website this week that it will publish the sequel to Sammy's King of Fighter EX: NeoBlood, titled King of Fighter EX2: Howling Blood later this year.

This fighting game for GBA will feature 21 different fighters within seven different teams, as well as six modes of play including three-on-three Battle mode, two-player VS mode, and a GBA-specific Story mode.

The company hasn't revealed a release date, but then again, the company hasn't made its usual public announcement on the game, either. We're sure the press release is coming shortly...and while we wait, here are four new screenshots of the game in action. Click below to view them.
