C&C Generals Test

Oh, you lucky so-and-so. You just don't know how good you have it. Lucky for you, we're here to tell you.

Westwood announced a public test for Command & Conquer Generals, the latest in the acclaimed RTS series. Throughout the day on October 10, gamers can sign up at generals.ea.com to participate in the test. 3000 gamers will be chosen to start testing the game on October 25.

Mark Skaggs, executive producer and overall Generals' coxswain, says the test will help balance out the multiplayer portion of the game. EA will collect data from the sessions to expose any shortcomings in the area of design and correct them before the game ships later this year.
