Is the newest entry into the legendary series worth your hard-earned rupees? We consider.

If you had asked us years ago, we couldn't have guessed that Nintendo would develop a 2D update to the Zelda franchise for a so-called "next-generation" system. But, it's done just that with Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures for GameCube, which is based loosely on the GBA version with the similar name and Super Nintendo's Link to the Past before it.

The unique 2D adventure focuses on the dynamics of managing four different Links in a vivid Hyrulean world. You can play single-player or multiplayer, but the real benefits come with the latter.

In this video review Insider editor-in-chief Fran Mirabella (former IGNcube editor) fills in for Peer Schneider (who provided the written review) to offer up his final look at the new addition to the franchise.
