Reset Episode 7: The One with the New Co-Host

Poker pros, mutant ninja turtles, radioactive spiders, and more are just a part of what's in store for you in this episode of Reset.

Synopsis

Reset would like to welcome its newest addition, Ms. Ruby Lopez. She hits Raymond almost as much as Zoe, so you know she must be good. Poker pros, mutant ninja turtles, radioactive spiders, and more are just a part of what's in store for you in this episode of Reset. The action starts off with Konami, where we have three of the top journalists in the business mouthing off on three of the company's games. Reset goes to Vegas (again) as Zoe and Raymond have a wild time playing video game poker with the pros. Last but not least is the amazing, spectacular, and (now) ultimate Spider-Man!

Part One: Konami Roundtable

Raymond takes over a Konami table (literally) and asks three journalists their opinions on three Konami games. GameDaily's Robert Workman and freelancers Christian Nutt and Chris Kohler speak out on Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence, Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3: Mutant Nightmare.

Part Two: Stacked in Vegas!

Zoe and Raymond get into some trouble in Vegas while checking out Myelin Media's poker game, Stacked. Watch as Reset's dynamic duo participates in a poker tournament, tests their skills against the pros, and chats with some of the top players on the tour. Zoe rocked the tournament, while Raymond gets told to die by a worldwide poker champion.

Part Three: The Spectacular Spider-Man

Comic-book fanboy Raymond gets the skinny on Activision's Ultimate Spider-Man. Based on one of Raymond's favorite comics, this game takes everything that was cool about the previous Spider-Man games and blends it with the distinct Ultimate Spider-Man style. The Reset crew was so inspired by the game that they gave this segment its own take on the Ultimate treatment.
