This episode of Reset has a little bit of everything -- sports games, opinionated magazine editors, urinating squirrels, a crazy party, hand-rolled cigars, graffiti, and a fashion mogul. Zoe, Kat, and Raymond will take you on a crazy ride and show you how it all fits together.
Reset kicks off with a triumvirate of games from EA Sports. Not only does the crew get the inside scoop on NBA Live 2006, Madden NFL 06, and SSX: On Tour, but they also ask some of the best writers in gaming what they think of the games. Game Informer's Andy McNamara, Electronic Gaming Monthly's Bryan Intihar, and freelance writer Chris Kohler let their opinions fly on these EA Sports titles.
For some reason, the Reset crew thought it would be a good idea to send Raymond to New Orleans for the Conker: Live and Reloaded launch party. Filmed at the House of Blues, Raymond made the game's developers do shots, smoked some hand-rolled cigars, licked an ice sculpture, met some crazy girls, and sang a duet of "Anarchy in the UK." Be sure to check out this wild time.
To cap off this episode of Reset, Zoe spends some time chatting with hip-hop fashion magnate Marc Ecko. Find out what the mega-successful clothing designer has planned for his upcoming game Gettin' Up: Contents Under Pressure. Zoe pokes fun at Ecko, gets him to share info about the game, and learns some new hip-hop slang. It's totally bombin'!
