Pint-sized purveyor of healthy relations, the good doctor brought her particular brand of Sex Ed to gamers in Dr. Ruth's Computer Game of Good Sex, a 1986 adaptation of a board game. More educational effort than adult entertainment, this trivia timewaster didn't even feature graphics, which was probably for the best.
