July 2000. Several agents send a report on vampire activities. According to this report, vampires from around the globe have begun to gather in the "Helea" region to the north of Edonia, the capital city of the Republic of Eslania. Even the twelve clan Masters have begun gathering in this region, an unprecedented move in the history of vampires. Conflicts between clans escalate, and the Vatican senses a new danger looming.

Civilian casualties mount as the vampiric civil war spreads throughout Eslania. The Eslanian government hastily deploys armed forces, but they are no match for the power of the vampires. Many Eslanian soldiers fall and become blood slaves under the control of the vampires. In order to minimize casualties, the Eslanian forces focus on evacuating the citizens, and, under strict secrecy, hand the operation over to E.V.E., a counter-vampire taskforce.

E.V.E.'s greatest accomplishment is the capture of a vampire POW during the first Counter-Vampire War. Interrogating the prisoner, they soon find out about the purpose of the clan's gathering and the reason behind the vampire civil war. E.V.E. listens in shock as the captive vampire describes the mysterious vampire bible called the "Blood Bible". The executives summoned at the Vatican order E.V.E. to seek out and destroy this Blood Bible while maintaining the war.

A gigantic world has been formed, and is still being formed, in another dimension -- imperceptible to our limited senses, eternally dominated by the will of an unknown being.

This endlessly expanding world is called Unicle. The World of Unicle is divided into the material world and the non-material world. In the Material world there are organisms and non-organisms; and in the non-material world, 5 levels of "Proima" exist. "Proima" consists of the Astral Plane, Mental Plane, Atma Plane, Monad Plane, Divine Plane, which are mysterious entities that have exceptional abilities. The Proimas that are operating at the highest Planar level have the strongest capabilities.

After we recognized the existence of these beings, we tried our best to communicate with Proimas from the Astral Plane, which is closest with the material world. This was possible because most of the Proimas seem to be extremely friendly. With continuous communication, we provided them with what they needed, and developed the technology to maintain their techniques.

The revelation of these abilities in the material world was a huge success. However, these skills are not easy to learn. Innate talent and diligent efforts are necessary; and if one fails to control the power, the soul could be damaged, so the learning process must be undertaken with tremendous caution.
