Throw your devil horns in the air and rejoice -- the gods of metal have arrived. Releasing simultaneously for all three console versions of Guitar Hero: World Tour, this Metallica-themed game delivers nearly 30 of the band's most thunderous tracks on one ear-splitting disc.

Why It's Hot:

It goes to eleven. Love 'em or hate 'em, Metallica are musical heavyweights, and their game is sure to be the most challenging Guitar Hero to date. In addition to tons of tracks from the titular powerhouse, the game includes tunes from legends like Judas Priest and Motorhead. It's even got an 'Expert Plus' mode that lets drummers add a second bass drum pedal. Now that's heavy.

Why It's Not:

Buying tracks in bulk means you inevitably wind up paying for a song or two you probably don’t like. Downloading a couple new tunes is just so much easier, not to mention more affordable. Rumor also has it there are people out there who don't actually like heavy metal. Sad, but true.
