Slice and dice through this much-anticipated, action-packed sequel. Play again as agile death-dealer Ryu Hayabusa in a lengthy new adventure replete with harsh new weapons, slick new moves and hordes of (soon to be) dead demons.

Why It's Hot: Though it came out back in 2004 and has been repackaged several times, the original box version of Ninja Gaiden is still considered one of the best action games ever. Powered by the Xbox 360 and with visionary developer Tomonobu Itagaki back on the case, this sequel seems destined to deliver another killer performance. Plus, ninjas are SO hot right now.

Why It's Not: As great a game as Ninja Gaiden was, it was insanely hard. Scratch that - it was so maddeningly difficult that at times it made you want to treat your controller like a throwing star. If you're not an action-game combo ninja, don't go anywhere near it.
