Best Role-Playing Game continued...
Yup, Bioware does it again. Here's another gong for this Canadian company's already bulging trophy cabinet. Slick conversations, well-acted dialog and challenging plot situations characterize this beautifully-told game, which was responsible for more late nights and bleary-eyed mornings here at Yahoo! Towers than anything else.

This was without a doubt a great year for gamers. Narrowing down one specific game that was my all-time fave of '07 is no easy task. In order to boil it down, I had to ask myself which games did I get the most enjoyment from and look forward to playing every evening? Crackdown was one of the first to come to mind, as well as NCAA Football 08 and Forza Motorsport 2. But there is only one game that I played until 2am nearly every night and that's Mass Effect. In my book, it's one of the best role-playing games to ever grace a console and one of the best games I've played in the last few years.
