Why It's Hot:
Spend five minutes with LittleBigPlanet and you'll want to spend five more. As cute as it is cool, the game's deep level editor is really easy to use, making even novice gamers feel like brilliant game makers. We'd be into it even if it didn't feature crazy, physics-based gameplay...which it does.
Why It's Not:
While it's a great term to throw around at pitch meetings, "user-created content" isn't always hot. Actually, it's usually not. There's a reason why some people get paid to make games and why other people pay to play those games.
