Intrepid adventurer Nathan Drake is back, and this time he's hot on the trail of Marco Polo. Gorgeous graphics and action-packed gameplay have put it at the top of every Playstation 3 owner's list.

Why It's Hot:

It's already a winner, taking home multiple trophies -- including the official Game Critics Awards top honor -- from the E3 game convention in June. And one look explains it all. Upping the ante in both graphical fidelity and explosive, cinematic action, Uncharted 2 has "blockbuster video game smash" written all over it. This is what that last Indiana Jones flick wished it could be.

Why It's Not:

You run, you jump, you swing on precarious ledges. Gamers have been playing this sort of game for a long time now, and while Uncharted 2 looks pretty impressive, it's going to need plenty of whiz-bang moments to keep people interested.
